Stove arced power, now the power at the outlet does not work. What next?

Stove arced power, now the power at the outlet does not work. The breaker never flipped. I have replaced the outlet, stove's power cable, and even the stove but still no power to the outlet. Please help… Changed the breaker to no avail.
